VYI Wrestling is a youth team open to boys and girls in K-8th grades of any experience level. In the Winter "regular" season we practice Folkstyle wrestling and compete in local leagues and tournaments (competition is optional). In the Spring we practice the international styles of wrestling, Freestyle and Greco-Roman, which can be seen in the Paris Olympics this summer. We will be holding one or more free "Intro to Wrestling" practices this Summer. Come learn about the sport and practice some basics.
